About Me
My Background
I have over 14 years of experience working as a Relationship Counsellor including many years with Relate and for the NHS. I am also a qualified to offer counselling for sexual difficulties and compulsive sexual behaviours.

I endeavour to create a calm, respectful and non-judgemental therapeutic space where couples or individuals feel safe to explore issues that are concerning them regarding their relationship and/or sex life. With new awareness and understanding you may identify changes that you wish to make and I can also support you on your journey to overcome difficulties and make lasting changes.

I am accredited with the College Of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT) and adhere to their Code of Ethics and Principles of Good Practice. I am a registered member of Association for the Treatment of Sexual Addiction and Compulsivity (ATSAC) and

I hold full Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance. I am registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) and will hold your personal data securely in line with GDPR. I am DBS checked and I regularly attend Safeguarding training.
